WINY radio posted the story on their Facebook page and the following comment was left by a Ed Deluca:

"Albert Walters and Associates are the ones responsible for this mess. Beside Walters, associated and involved are Christie Pomposelli (his office manager) and associates Alan and Carl Meisler. Matthew Newkirk, of Matty's Trucking is also involved. Newkirk lives in Dudley, Mass. Walters was in the cabinet business and also operated out of the old Anglo Fabrics building in Webster. This whole mess is some kind of a family affair. Search for these fools on Face book and you will see what they look like...."

Another post in a Webster area group states the company has been served a subpoena by the state attorney, and has obtained a lawyer.

In another post, there apparently was a communication that the company was under different management, and deliveries would be made.

The above were relayed from Facebook posts which I copied here for those who don't access Facebook but want to stay informed, and I have no first hand knowledge to there authenticity, nor do I know the posters.

Unfortunate call sign for that radio station.
Do they play that kind of music where the singer sounds like he's crying and he's lost his woman, his house, his horse, and his dog?

it's a shame CT pellet got dragged into this in any way. This sort of sham reflects on all of us, and makes it more difficult to conduct business.

    thanks , will711
I read most of the pages here and saw the comments made to Dewain. Sad indeed.
In a way it sounds like they had the best of intentions, but maybe there was not enough investor money to get it off the ground. If it was a scheme...i hope they're happy.
Sounds like with the AG involved people may get some money back.
    Keep us posted

I'm not surprised, we saw all the red flags from the get go. It's a shame for all the people that are out lots of money. One way or another, they will get theirs.... karma's a bit ch sometimes.

Posting tonight: February 17th there is a bankruptcy hearing in Hartford. There is a bus being arranged to take people who lost money to that hearing. There hoping to get 40 plus people to go. Event will be covered by the news media.
