I've got my Chinese buddies over for a look.
So we took em to the coast for a bit of sightseeing. Absolutely perfect weather. Check out the handsome hairfree guy, that is me. The missus is in the sunnies. aaa.JPG aaaa.JPG aaaaa.JPG

I like those pics a lot. Would love to visit a coastline like that and see it in person.

    Hey Chickenman

I have been busy during our summer building a new Pellet Stove Workshop!
We poured 24 tons of concrete for 3,000 lb mix concrete foundation 4 feet below grade, 4,000 lb mix steel reinforced concrete floor and concrete Walkway to the Test Shed with 7 tons of 3/4" stone for a base layer with synthetic fibers to prevent micro cracks. Then coated the concrete with Master-Kur concrete coating to slow the drying process for tougher, and harder results! Also as a precautionary measure we dug 4 - 2 foot deep holes under the walkway and filled them with 3/4" stone for additional support and drainage to prevent all types of frost heaves that we get up north here! ! !
The mural was done by an artist that studied at the Vincent Van Goeh Museum in Amsterdam

    Cool Don!!
Don't get drunk and try to walk up that path on the wall.:D

Well ya just gotta go eh? Sorry been watchin Fargo, not even Canada...
2,000 miles north of here. Too damm hot for me. Gotta to be able to run the stove for 9 months of the year minimum for me to be happy. Queensland is beautiful though, can't deny it.

Why so industrial? Is that because the weather is so extreme?
Out here 4" of concrete with F62 mesh followed by a diamond grind and a couple coats of 2 pack epoxy is schmick.

Yes, the weather is very harsh here. Cracking and settling and frost heaves are a big problem. Now, after the refurb, I can roll stoves easily into the test shed onto the test hearth! This is where I do the final testing and take the beauty pics for the display ad. See test hearth below.

Man... you're a lot better looking than many of us thought! We had side bets that you starred in the first Star Wars flick making the rest of the folks in the bar scene look normal...

    Nice scenery btw.
