    See what being rich and famous did for him/her. I've taken care of folks who have had that switch. I can't say that any of the ones I have seen are still not having issues with their identity. Being so conflicted is very stressful and ultimately leads to disease and a shortened life span.

    Although I actually find the humor in this (we should be able to laugh at ourselves after all), with several gay and transgendered friends I hope the conversation stays funny but respectful.
