    fishingpol , glad to hear you are both OK. Car accidents can go so fast and horribly.

    Inatentive drivers are unfortunately all over the place.



    We have hands free only calling here in Wisconsin, but it seems to matter little.

    The worst I've seen recently was a guy in a new Audi Q5 with a phablet to his left ear. That phone was blocking a good percentage of his view. Sad thing is, that car has Bluetooth built in, and every newer high end smartphone has a great speakerphone option too. So there's no excuse beyond stupidity.

    Doc thinks its from some of the meds im taking.
    I get a kick out of it.. Everyone else, not so much.

    You know, I wonder if we could start a nation wide movement?
    For instance, every time we're driving and see someone talking on a phone held up to their ear...why not just lay on the horn? Eventually I think even the dumb ones would reason out the cause and effect relationship.
