Ive been here long enough to feel at ease sooooo, here are some pics of what i have going on. I have a processing area at the top of the hill in the back of my yard, several 24' long stacks for drying, and a 6.5 cord make shift wood shed right by the house. Our stove is in the basement, same level as the garage. Enjoy.

yup, i try to keep the rest of the yard clear to maneuver the big 2500 dodge diesel and trailer when the new rounds come. And for the dogs to have room to play.

Wish my yard was half that neat. Seems every time I get it somewhat looking organized another load of wood shows up from my tree guy. It's not a good problem to have. I know everybody here says you never have enough but I am getting to the point that just looking at all that needs to be done is starting to bother me. Seeing as I don't split everything he brings and sell off a lot of what he does in block or small log form I still beat myself up because I can't keep up even with help. I am thinking about running an ad on Craigslist, take twice as much wood as you split for me (if they split a cord they take two cord of blocked or logs)

grubs, maybe, but mostly this crazy asian grass, forgive the spelling but i think its zoisa? Previous owner planted it, ive over seeded for the past three years but its thick. it takes over more yard every year, and it dies goes brown like that as soon as the leaves fall, comes back with a passion in the spring though.
