    Sorry don't mean to be but I heat my whole house from the basement and need maximum heat and performance from my stove .:headbang:Also I'm working on 2 tons of EB's right now and some are 2 inches long so wouldn't want someone to have feeding problems if long pellets do not play well with their stove .

    I just took a look through the warehouse at the EBs in stock, both softies and blend. Simple since the bag is clear. Everything i can see is well within the 1.5 limit, shorter than 1" and consistent for the most part. Must be a batch variation. Perhaps Steve can enlighten us?

    I did put up several posts with all the info but no response from him. I'm hoping that was the case . Fortunately my CB1200 isn't having any issues with them and I do like their products. What happened to me is I bought 2 test bags and they were very short pellets and almost a blonde color and tested very well so I ordered 2 tons but what I got was a much darker and longer pellet .
