    Got the boiler cleaned and fired back up this morning. My son and I brought half a face cord into the basement from under the porch. Then I worked with the chainsaw and did a little more clearing. And used the TLB to move some nasty, wet, decaying logs and stumps into a hole I dug and then buried them. Good riddance! Then we had my brother and his wife and grandchild down for dinner. Cheeseburgers with Montreal Seasoning cooked on the grill with crinkle cut fries! All and all a good day!

    Well, I finally caught my first cold of the year... and its a hum dinger... I'm trying to run faster than it, but I'm not sure if I'm winning or not. I need sleep, haven't slept decent in 4 days... But I while I was trying to lay down lastnight. I remember a thread a while back about jetjr ... and natural cough medicine... (natural cough remedy | Firewood Hoarders Club). So I'm going to stop at the store to pick the ingredients tonight. But I ended up have some tea and honey several times through the night. Feeling a bit better, from the ailment but no energy... So off to work... See how it goes...

    I've found that the Zarbees stuff works pretty good. Can be a PITA to find sometimes, CVS usually has it. Doesn't taste bad either, and the night time blend has melantonin in it.

    Same here lukem. After a 12 hour day and nothing but clouds all day, and most of the last week and a half! I don't feel like doing anything tonight. We need some sun here! thewoodlands Can you order that up for us?

    We had beautiful sunny and unseasonably warm weather all last weekend. I can't complain.

    Today though was grey and overcast. I think we'll have this grey gloomy weather this week now.

    Well, I've drank more tea & Honey in the last 24 hours... Starting to turn the corner, I think. I did make some of that Honey, Lemon, Cinnamon, and Onion concoction tonight for future episodes. But tonights its all about some Moonshine. Hopefully I'll get some sleep...
