    That's why you have the candles right there - to cover up the smell?:eek:

    Seriously, you can keep candles on top of your Hastings? I would think that it would be to warm, the wax would melt and then the wicks would sink to the bottom. thought my late Hastings got too warm for that, but never experimented either.

    Brand spankin new socks! No stench lol. And i believe they're dickies, mrs just bought em for me.

    i know i know it's a little dirty.

    The candles stay on the hopper lid. It actually stays pretty cool. The cast iron in front of them gets hot!
