I cut these yesterday off a downed Hemlock, I cut the rest on the chop saw today so all that's left is the painting.

 

What angle did you cut them?

 

I was wondering the same.

 

I squared up the bottoms and then I cut the top at a 45 degree angle.

 

I think we'll start painting them Tuesday night, it's simple but nice.

 

I'll have these finished for Friday afternoon, I ended up cutting some for my sisters.

 

Another neat craft to show the wife. Not sure if a two year old is too young for it but we might just give it a shot.

I finally did the last coat of white after dinner yesterday, I did 3 coats of each color.

I'm tempted to make those, yet not sure I should. The list is already endless.
