I have an Enviro Omega that I think is a pretty good unit. Mostly happy with it and I have been running it for 5 years (?) or so with few issues. I started noticing that it was not throwing much heat and figured out that the issue relates to the convection blower control. The stove starts and runs but...... The circuit board is complicated but in a nut shell, the sequence is that the stove starts the burn and when the exhaust temp reaches 120C, the convection fan is supposed to come on at a speed proportional to the heat setting. When the stove is shutting down the fan is supposed to come up to maximum speed to cool off the stove quickly, so I assume there is a triac speed control in the circuitry. I measured the voltage across the convection motor leads and found it was 80 volts. Plugging it directly into the AC line at 120V makes it turn at full speed whereas when changing the heat levels, the convection fan never changes speed. Any one have any success prying circuit board schematics out of the manufacturers? I had some sticker shock when looking at parts for these units. $60 for a bronze bushing? $69 for a thermodisc? WTF! I am pretty handy working on electronic items so I would rather pay a $1.50 for a new triac than be held for ransom for a new controller board.
No, They won't budge. But I have changed triacs without issue. They are surface mount so the come off pretty easy. Certainly seems like your issue...... Which one(triac) is it? I used to know. Had it all sumed up and crash there went my PC and all my notes. But If ya give me a bit I gots a spare I can trace out for ya. Which version do you have? I got the newer C-11383
Ohh, These parts can be had much cheaper if you look about. Local hardware had the same bushing for under $5. I got a snap disc off ebay for $20 ish... Ya just need to be frugal!
Mine has the same board. Amongst the four Triacs, there are two types. Two are through hole mounted vertically and the other two are surface mounted. The vertical one is an S T Micro P/N: BTB08-600BW and the surface mount is an S T MicroP/N: T835-600G. One of the surface mount triacs controls the fire pot stirrer. I haven't traced the other one yet but I had a thought. There are two relays on the board as well. Would either of them be used to apply full voltage to the motors? On the fire up process, the auger runs for a two minute period to prime the fire pot. Probably be easier to accomplish that using the relay, than the triac. The same logic might apply to the high speed run of the convector fan.......
Oh, I know the parts are available for less. I am just freakin' appalled at the gouging, is all. And not just for pellet stove parts either!
I go bunkers too when I find parts cheaper in the USA and get dinged when shipped over, kiss kiss goodbye your savings along with a weak dollar. I get it shoved twice in the rear when I need something across the border. I feel your pain, that's why we shop around for a better deal but so time consuming.
This is the end of my rant about this. Courier companies are among the worst at gouging. For bring parts across, either DIY or have it shipped USPS, that way there is no customs broker fee.

Sorry for the late reply, I have been busy with other work. My tests on the board were inconclusive unfortunately, but thank you for the picture. I also discovered, somewhat to my chagrin, that the circuit board has 3 layers. I did replace the power supply capacitors because they usually fail first with sometime disastrous consequences. In any case, I built a test harness using an old computer power supply harness. The mother board plug has more pins than you need but the connector matches up just fine. Since I have the Molex connector pin removal tool, I also moved the wires around to match up with the colour code of the stove's harness to keep things easy. (I was going to attach a picture but I can't figure out how to do that since I don't have a media account...) I powered it up and did various stimulus/response tests after letting it run for the nominal 15 minute cycle but did not see any issues with the convection blower voltage after all that. I was measuring 120 volts across those leads when the blower was supposed to be running as expected. So I am confused. Perhaps the blower in the Omega is just much smaller than the Maxx and just doesn't push the same amount of air. I will have to look at the parts list on the Enviro site to compare the two. I put it all back together and checked the various voltages and sensor contacts on the stove and it all seems fine so it is back in service for now. I usually buy parts from Digikey. Just works better for me than Mouser. Everything was available including the relays, so now I have a stock of Triacs, etc just in case.
