Hot start only with choke on

So what can be the problem and a saw can start only with choke on even if have cut wood and is enough hot ?

 

You may have an air leak that makes the standard mix too lean for an idle start.

 

agree with this but now tell me why the saw start cold after 2-3 pulls works ok and the dificulties start when you stop the saw and try to restart it again after one minute for example ?

 

Air leak develops as saw warms and expands? Closes back up when cold...

Figured I might be able to help with a manual. Not many husky manuals but I can check tomorrow.

I have two senarios in my mind
1) leaks somewhere after the saw been hot ( seals , gaskets , intakes )
2) not to good piston ring or piston after they cylinder became hot and expand the ring is not so good and the compression fall so the saw start dificult
but maybe i am wrong in the second senario , i just make some thinks

 

I had a dirt bike that would do the same thing. Turned out to be a leaking jug gasket.

 

to tell you the truth i do not believe too much in religions , but if is for repair the saw i will start a little

 

tomorow friend i put it in the bench i tested for leaks cold and hot , cold compression, hot compression everything i make it screws until i find what it is
