Cool. What do you guys do with those things? Why are you cutting cookies like that? Hey. They look perfect for hand made end tables. Okay. I want to see someone's project where they made one of those into an end table. Someone must have done that. Man, the types of wood. The thicknesses. Sanded down nice and a clear finish on them. If only I had the time.
Great collection and I love the saw cave. One of my next projects will be moving my workbench from the barn into the basement. I have the space in the basement and it will free up a lot of room in the barn for other toys!
Nixon. Do you realize the chain of events you set off with this thread? By posting your saw room and displaying your saws and chains like that you have just "upped" the ante for a bunch of these guys. "Saw guys." I have to keep myself from becoming a "saw guy" because that would only give me another thing to spend more money on! Fortunately for me, my MS290 will do everything I need. But that is a really nice saw collection and shop/saw room/mancave/beerchugginghideout. I am jealous. Have fun trying to keep up with Nixon there boys. Okay. Let the games begin! LOL Start cleaning up your work shops, saws, benches, chains, and posting pictures. PICS, or your makin that chit up!
You have no idea gasssssy now I gotta build a bench out of pallets just to have a shelf to display saws on so nobody can see them anyway. Ugh this tuff cad issues!
Why what ever do you mean Pete. We can see them! As far as I am concerned you don't even own any saws. None of you do. Unless I see them in pics, your makin that chit up! Remember? Let the games begin!
I will be posting a picture of my cleaned up bench and cleaned up garage. And if I clean my saws I might even throw them on the bench too and show them to you guys. I only have an MS290 and a 009 though. I feel a little inadequate.
Pete. If I remember right you have a bench made out of pallets already. And it is a monster of about 16 feet long! Isn't it?
Yup it's a heavy sob too! You should have seen me move it I had one floor jack under each end and balanced it on them then pulled it across the garage. It must have looked like a drunk guy trying to steal a car in a parking ramp..
Didn't we have a thread early on where we all posted pics of our saws and/or shops? Looked all over but cant seem to find it. Unless it was only at the first version of this site in September....
