I hear ya, but I wore them a few times this past summer on 80 to 90 and high humidity days and they were not as bad as I would have thought. But I do most of my cutting in the winter, so it's a non issue for me. I can't wear the chaps at all, I had a pair and they are just too dang un-comfortable, fall off, loosen, have loose belts hanging from them.... I found them to be more dangerous than now wearing them at all at times. Not to mention they don't cover your entire legs... the pants do.

But if you are a professional and working all summer long, I could understand the heat issue....

One of the gifts that a fellow hoarder might like.......?

A 5 gallon can of VP Small Engine Fuel. It's 94 octane, 4-cycle fuel.

Airflow in the back can be a gooder thing.:emb:

I like brand loyalty. I own or have owned Husqvarna, Stihl, and Echo and liked them all. I want to try "brand" new Makita next.:saw:

As far as a gift to ask for. Hmmm. How about a new computer device you don't have yet for FHC viewing.
