    so 1 cord = 3,5 cubic meter X 15 = 52,5 good price i order from the states the next time :D

    No the customs kill everything , 280 euros for a 661 if come from the states

    Just seeing this; yes, mass over a small area (the sharp end of the wedge) means a lot of force but I would not put my hands near that thing to split. Besides, as pointed out they are splitting wood that almost falls apart by looking at it.

    I will race these with my American any day.....if I was not in a hurry, this could be fun. But I am so busy I need to make splits in a hurry:dex:

    Looks like one great machine for making kindle pieces. Looks like you could almost re-work an old cherry picker and add some weight to the head and have youself one.

    I've had a heavy duty power drill kick my butt before. I had a loose sweatshirt on and switch locked on, bad combo. There is no way I would ever run one of these contraptions. I will stick with the X27/ 8lb maul or the husky splitter.

    I agree. You wouldn't catch me anywhere near one of those types of splitters.
