She'll probably do it herself, but to keep it clean you could use a warm damp cloth a couple time a day......briefly.
    That actually looks really good.
    Leave the scabs.

Thanks yall! Tonight will be the first night I sleep in bed since the surgery. Ive been on the couch with her. If she moved to the middle of the couch during the night, I would sleep diagonally half off the couch half on the ottoman. (My backs been paying for it) I can catch up on sleep after tomorrow- 5 days off! Woot-woot!

Yep, she's on the home stretch now WS.
    Normal BMs still?
By the time you go back to work, that should be darn near done with the slight healing needed.

Yes, being on the hills prescription stuff, less waste, slight constipation it seemed, I believe from the pain meds. We're starting to wheen her back to her normal food now, but her bowels look ok. She has 1 more dose of the stomach/intestinal coating med, served as a sluce, and a few more days of antibiotics. Almost there!

Antibiotics can have some weird effects on BM too.

Yeah, he's over 60 lbs and getting strong. Good thing he's nearly done with basic puppy obedience training.

He's kind of an a$$ to his older brother Badger sometimes though. We have to separate them sometimes. It's not Badger as the instigator though.

Wow, how old is he? He's getting heavy. I think he's around the same age as maple, even though she's a female, she's a pound shy of 50lbs!

When he was born, we were guessing Casper would grow pretty large. Maybe 90-100 lbs.
We've recently found out his mom is about 80, and he outweighs her by at least 10 lbs.
I can't/won't pick him up.......we'd break the scale. And me.
Might take him up the the local animal shelter and weigh him.
William looks like he's going to be pretty big too.
The father of the first Lab we looked at back in the mid-90's was 125, and when we walked past his 6' high enclosure, he was jumping straight up and his chest was clearing the top of the fencing. Big guy. Almost got one of his puppies, that covered my whole front from the top of my head to down about my hips @ 6 weeks old.
    Freakin Neanderthal dog.
    Anyway..........here ya go WS
