Guy is lucky Looks like it tore the cab up pretty good. He could of been seriously hurt in that deal.
Those cabs are heavily caged, but I think you're right it takes some luck to absorb a few thousand falling bricks.

Darn things are everywhere! Gooder tho when used for something like this. There was one videoing the 4th of July display in our little town this summer.... It was more interesting than the fireworks!
That was just flat out stewpid. They could have run a long cable between 2 big dozers to pull the legs out from under that stack and been out of harms way. Seems like a government "here,,,,, hold my beer" moment.
