    Hi gang,

In the true spirit of our "great" group, I was in the local flea market, "as we do usually on the weekends" and I saw the most beautiful thing to hang over the wood stove :tears:

The fella took $20.00 for it… It will be getting the FHC sticker right in the middle. :) DSCN1864.JPG DSCN1866.JPG

Yea, they actually are! :) Other than a bit of rust on the blade it's gonna be a nice wall piece above the old Fisher:cool:.

Before we can allow you to put that on display, we are going to need video of you using it on a 24" pine.

Can you see a makers mark on it? Some of them old saws are worth some serious money to the right person. Heck, the handles alone are worth more than what you paid for it.

Sounds like fun. I used to enjoy picking trough lawn sales and finding that special bargain. I haven't been able to go to them for the past two years. I've literally run out of space to store anything. In fact, I am on notice that much of what I still have needs to be disposed of. Anything I bring in now means something else has to go out! Have fun with your new saw. Good find!

It's just gonna be a decoration. Looked like something that "should" be displayed behind the old stove.

Nice find. That one has seen a bit of use.

I have Grandpa's saw hanging in the kitchen above the cabinets.
