Just read the latest update for weather here in December. Possibility exists for a unheard of "Green Xmas" here. Supposed to stay really warm here right thru Xmas. Cold weather and snow staying up by the artic circle spinning off into Greenland and Labrador.................Sure is easy on the wood shed so far..................

Turned the boiler off earlier today. Let it cool down for a cleaning. Just finished it about 15 minutes ago. And did it need it! :emb: I think I waited a little too long. Anywho. DONE. And fired back up!

Ive had the police scanner up and tuned in for hours.
The roads are turning into ice rinks.

I went out for some wood and witnessed an old lady drive down the side of an over pass, through a fence for a backyard and right into the back wall of the garage.

And my fiance is 2 hours away...wanting to drive home.
I tried telling her ya need to head this way...now... 3 hours ago.

    What do i know..

YES, I wore it out, I was also brewing iced tea in it for a few year ontop of the java. I have always had a spare on hand, moving into smaller house I kept my favorite and donated the spare. Not a fan of the burny coffee the camp perks makes. Considering pouring hot water into the broke coffee maker basket?

That works, pour it slowly. We've done that when we've had power outs.

Not much for rain over here but we could have some gust around 40 mph tomorrow.

Windy as hell here this morning! Not sure the speed but if I had to guess I would say gust of 35-40.
