Bag counts thus far this year vs last year

Some guys here admit to being pellet fondlers, but i have a chart next to my stack to kinda keep track of what i'm burning. Call it my OCD

last year Oct/Nov i burned 33 bags. this year to date 16. with 10 days left there's no way i'd use more than another 8, given the weather.

That's good as i still have some outside work to finish up like a couple cords to add to the woodshed, but it must have been cold last year.:stacke:

 

As I remember it, I had the pellet eater running the first week of October last year ......much earlier than previous years. The rest of the winter.....well, you know how that turned out.

 

I know I'm burning less so far this year ,Nov was cold last year had the white chit before Thanksgiving exact count I don't know running a 2nd stove this year .

 

Ooooops.....meant to say "propane burner".
See, pellet burning just stays in the brain. I need a beer.....

 

I don't know exactly how many I burned by this time last year but I know it's more than this year since I haven't burned a full bag yet, Tonight will be my first full burn.

 

I'm at 14 so far this month but I also burned 17 in October. My father in law is here and I have to keep the temp up for him, so my pellet and beer consumption has increased. I burned 40 last year through the end of November so I'll be less that that.

 

Mine's about the same as always

 

Last year, I was at 34 bags. This year, 28 so far.

 

14 this year. About 20 last year

 

No clue on either count but am burning pellets and have been off and on for a month.

 

2 bags this year so far, I think 8 last year will have to check the records. Sun has been out was 75 in my house after sun down with no internal heat goig one, wie had doors open. LOL.

 

13 is in the stove...was more than I thought

 

I burned more last Oct, but Nov looks like it will be less. So I am on about the same pace.

 

Have no idea but I have a feeling I have burned more so far this year. The downstairs wall that is between the basement and garage had sheetrock last year (it was chitty, and moldy, but it was there). I tore it out in the July and just got new sheet rock up Thursday. The downstairs stove shouldn't run as much as it for the last couple of months to maintain the temp.

Oh yeah, and I didn't have a second stove last year until mid November so I was using propane to help keep the bedrooms warm when I was home (the heat from the P61a just couldn't be persuaded to go in there no matter what I did).

 

14 here, would've been 10 but we had to start earlier with some friends visiting from Ft Mohave. They're used to 120* out there so when it dropped to 45 here they were shiverin
