She sounds like a Goddess! The Irish comes from the fact that Mary is my 2nd wife.. and all the guys told me "next time marry Irish". ...as if that would fix everything. :)

We refer that that as "bringing 6 of your friends".

Today I am taking it easy. I may go out and cut a truckload of wood. Or, maybe not. Spending the morning hanging out with the family. Made them French toast and sausage for breakfast. Enjoying the stove blowing some serious heat on us. Colored with the youngest for a while. Now vegging. Could take a nap after that meal and this heat.

My employer realized that we don't get much work done on these 1/2 days so they gave us the whole day off:thumbs:. Hopefully I can murder a Hickory tree today after I get my chores done.

Working today, going to climb under the truck and bang a hammer against the starter and see if we can get it moved into the drive tonight. Might not get parts til spring (grab your own junkyard, subzero temps) but it will be nice knowing the problem is found (fingers crossed).

I got that hickory down. There is no frost in the ground, it was tough skidding these out.

Can't even get close enough to the starter to whacky it with a hammer thanks to a combination or street curb, snow build, low running boards and a couple brake lines right in the way. I guess I'm at an impass.

I don't think that I could get enough impact on it.

Most recent starters are ceramic and if you bang on them they will break.
