All looks good, but we can't exchange any firearms or accessories on the forums. Way to many state laws to keep up with.

Yeah, laws on magazines, barrels and even some holsters vary from state to state.

Holsters? Really? How the heck does a holster matter?

If your talking concealed why would the type holster matter??? I guess cause you have idiot polititions making laws is why??

Same reason they want to ban certain gins or certain calibers of gun types I guess? They think a 556 or 223 is more armor piercing than a 308?

I'm out this year, sorry. I have a lot on my plate and this would make one more thing with hardly any time to give.

This isn't a giving Christmas thread. We have one of those as well. But this is a Secret Santa. When you sign up, you are given a members name.

You must go back (if you want to give something they need or want) through their posts and find something of their interest or something they would like. Then we start a thread Christmas day, where everyone guesses who they go and shares what gift they got. It's really a lot of fun and a good way to learn about someone.

I forgot to send my email last night. So my email is coming now Paul bunion

I am thinking about it, but I have a hard time getting my wife and kids something they'd like. Never mind someone unknown far away.... I ain't scared of bears, but this makes me a little nervous.

Were all here cause we like burning and wood, saws, stoves or pellets etc.

Look at what he has. Does he burn wood? If so maybe something as simple as a new magnet stove thermometer? Maybe an IR temp gun so he/she can see how hot certain parts of stove really are?

Did they ever say anything about their chimney? Do they personally clean it? Maybe a new "soot eater" cleaning system?

Do they like fire wood? Maybe some cool tool to help work up wood?

Saws? Maybe a new file set or stump vise to hold the saw. Maybe just a new chain. Or get him a new bar chain set for that limbing saw he has (forester bars I have read are ok for what they are...there not that expensive either).

I mean this is just buying stuff. If you make things the sky is the limit.

I got a box of lighter wood from clem that was awesome. It can be simple- pocket knife, firestarters, gloves, hearing protection, local food like honey, maple syrup.

Well, I do still have aunt Mildred's fruit cake from 1999 that we've been using as a door stop. Re-gifted it could make a fine boat anchor.
