Looks like a lot of wood to me.... I do like cherry, but my favorite would be that sugar maple. Nice manageable size logs also. Do you need to hand carry it a way to the cart or can you get the cart close to the work area?

    Nice stuff Zapp!

That is how it is anywhere around here. They don't ask, and if it is posted, they tell you they didn't see the posting. I have my grand kids in blaze orange even when they are out in the yard and not in the woods. I have orange cloth on my dogs and they are limited by the electric wireless dog fence. There are deer out there. hunters know they are there and will be in there every day except Sundays while it is hunting season.

The wood is there I just need to get it before we get the white stuff, I'll be splitting for a bit (left some back in the woods just so I have an excuse for heading back there) I needed a heavier duty trailer today, that last stuff I put in was wet, it made the tires have crinkles in them, I thought I would pop both before I got home.

All that wood looks like it will get you a long way on the 3+ year plan. Certainly is nice when Ma Nature drops them for you.

I did the small Sugar Maple today, I also grabbed a down limb or top of what looks to be another Sugar Maple.

Pic 9409 is what I started with, pic 9412 is what's left near the stump, pic 9413 is the top I grabbed, pic 9414 you can see the direction the rounds were rolled from, pic 9415, she is and the rest are from what I brought home and the rounds I need to split.

My stacking area needs to be leveled up so this week I'll be chipping up some branches to do the job, then I'll load it up with Sugar Maple.

I was able to get more Sugar Maple rounds split today, I did get two loads out with another two (just a 100_9434.JPG guess) back in.

It looks like we're in the Red Zone, the dates are on the bottom right, maybe some winds?
