    We paid our house off 2 years ago which allowed us to pay cash for a new car this past summer. Our goal is to never borrow money again.

    So on this day of lardgness I go to the bank, manager tells me what the principal is. I write the check. She says take it over to the teller. Teller fumbles with it for a while then calls the manager over. Manager fumbles with it some more. She tries calling the mortgage department but they aren't in. It's not a regular payment and they don't know how to process the payoff!!!! :bug: Manager tells me I can come back Monday or write a letter to attach the check to and it'll get processed then when competence gets to work.

    I only ate one piece of candy while bringing the kids to see both sets of grandparents and stop at a few other houses.

    We live on a "country" road and don't get any. We take kids into town to see a few relatives, etc.

    I didn't notice that! I noticed it was a diesel but because it was a 730 and not a 720, I assumed it was an electric start. I LOVE pony starts! What's more awesome than than an engine to start your engine? :rofl: :lol:

    Well, it seems that another year has passed with no trick or treaters. Sad state of affairs seeing as how childhood memories will not contain that any longer.
    I guess I'll have to eat those treats all by myself now.
