Spent some great time with the family today. Went to church and then off to a brunch with some family members and then a 6 mile hike around the lake to take in the remaining gorgeous colors. After that I cleaned the garage and washed the car. Felt nice to slow down a bit today!

I once bought a plumbing part...returned it...then came back and bought it again....within an hour. The clerk got the death stare and didn't ask any questions. ...which was a good call that day.

And when you buy those kits for replacements/repairs that say one size fits all, they don't!:headbang:

After a weekend deep behind the "Cheddar curtain" its back to work to do a rough in or run a gas line or finish installing. Glad I know what to prepare for! May have to work 5 days this week.
Had a way too good and too much prime rib meal on sat. eve and felt miserable all night long.

Just as I was drifting off to sleep last night the bat phone (work) rang and I ended up on it for a couple hours. I'm tired and taking the evening off short of walking the dog.

Way too many moisture laden clouds here to see the moon. I think the full moon is tomorrow.

yeah I've got a chiweenie that decided to unhousebreak herself around year 2, she's lazy or scared of going by herself - she will sleep on the porch when it's not to cold because she knows

My large dog has occasional accidents. She comes to paw the bed (echoes through the coils) to tell us after the fact .......
