Need to replace a gasket...what material do you use and where can I get it. A couple of years ago I ordered 4 gaskets and paid $80.00. I want to make my own this time. Thanks in advance for the advice
Don carries the bulk sheets. 1/8" 12 x 12 1/16" thick 12 x 24 Liotherm | Lyotherm | Stove Gasket | Earth Sense Energy Systems
Ouch! I got one left from the ebay guy. Think I paid like $7.00 each IIRC............ I've been looking for the material that the Quads are using. Orange high heat stuff thats reusuable.
The guy the next town over that sold the 1/8" bulk only has 1/4" now...for a while now, I'm guessing hes not getting more
I got this one for my EP and cut a combustion gasket out of it http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0075E9OJW?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_search_detailpage
Yes...but when I pulled the blower the end of this past season it stuck a bit on one spot but was still able to use it again.
You used to be able to buy bulk sheets of the 1/8" Lytherm on eBay pretty cheap, but I couldn't locate it on there anymore.
