Are you SURE you only had one beer last night because apparently you watched as a baseball team lost to a football team? :picard:

I'm being extra vigilant of  because, well, just because. Vodka got me to do an extra thorough vacuuming of the main floor (even the coils under the fridge - yuck, the massive cat hair, and probably dog hair - and I haven't had a dog for almost a year).

Since no one else has brought it up, I think you meant a flat fat tire :D

Well, we did, but the guys here weren't about to take that bait.. I've been getting that all day from the 'Boss' here. :heidi: ( It's all good, this was expected.  )

Had lot's of outdoor plans today, settled for getting the first round of leaves off the walkway, driveway, and out from the front of the woodshed - it's right next to the NW corner of the house, and is a perfect windbreak, so it's stuffed full of leaves right now. Can't run a Gen test with it surrounded by flammable, leafy things. Leaf blower sounded like a jet engine, suffered through using a Rake, even that sounded loud. :picard:

Spent a good part of the afternoon helping the Mrs. on Zucchini Shredding detail - another bumper crop this year, she makes lots of Zucchini Bread for Holiday 'Gifts from the Garden' for folks.. There will be plenty of baking going on here soon.

How did the furniture project turn out? Last I remember, WWW was turning a Ratchet. Any Luck?

I mowed the leaves on Wednesday (mulching mower) and was going to do round 2 today. That didn't happen so hoping to get up the gumption to do it tomorrow.

Yeah, flammables around the gen during testing probably not a good idea.

Fewer ticks this year. Last year was the worst. Found only a few on the dogs this year. I haven't seen any on the grandkids. Using Advantix this year seems to work better than Frontline.

WWW had no interest in the ratchet. He put it together initially and its more complicated than it looks, I turned the ratchett!! Struggled with it last night, ended up putting a few backs on so we could sit. And stared at it again this morning....... Despite my inabilaty to comprehend the directions......... The ell is now reversed today!! Turns out I needed to punch a hole in the upholstry to reveal the one missing bolt hole I could not find last night.

Little one was excited after I got the cushions back on, did somersaults all afternoon :)

I pryed my wedding ring off this morning, thrilled I actually got it off after hands swelled........but it was worth is, the heat from the pellet stove should flow much better in the living room (where I sit at the computer ;) )
