And guys i know theres prob a place for this on the forum somewhere but where under my profile do i put my lineup of saws n equipment so everyone can see it?under notes? Like pallet pete has under his thanks in advance guys
Btw how r the earthquake saws seen them before and they look pertty sweet do they cut good? And what company r they made by oregon?
There ok for what I paid. I think I paid like $35 or $40 for them. Not for the full price. There built just like a pro saw. They cut as good or better than any box store husky. Your 250 will out cut the 45cc I have. There made for ardisam and are a chinese copy of a redmax which is held by same parent company as huqvarna...electrolux. I may have all the company ownership stuff screwed up but u get my point.
Just for the record, a friend of mine "tried" to go cheap and bought a new one, It was "TOAST" and locked up after a half cord of wood. I told him to Stihl or Husky but he didn't . At least he got his $ back.
I have had a bunch of em come my way and out of at least 10 only one was bad. It would not stay adjusted drove me nuts... They make great backup saws or even light saws for limbing. Ive sold a bunch to members and given a few away to family and friends. With a proper muffler mod they run great!
I have as much fuel through probably both the 38 and 45cc to cut an easy half a cord. No lock up issues at all. The 38 is nice and light. I use them to cut limbs or for a yard saw or a truck saw. One I strap to the trailer to ride to the farm or to bounce around clearing roads and stuff. I dont take them out as my primary and backup saws when I cut wood.
Same here pete. I probably had close to that flow through my hands. There more than any homeowner needs who is going to kill a saw with a lean mix or bad gas anyway.
