I got my fill of them. Bought one for $20. It ran but it started leaning out like an air leak. It needed a fuel cap. And a carb rebuild...it was starving for fuel, dirty filter in carb. And needed an air filter as the other was disintegrated. Barely got my money out of it.

If it was free I would of been better. But there $40-50 saws in good shape. Doesnt take many cheap parts to get to that price.

I love me an earthquake! A lot better than a wild thing!!! Love them for some reason? I guess cause parts are cheap for them but decent cool looking reliable truck saw?

Do I cut wood with one...not normally. Maybe for limbs and tops or maybe as a back up saw in case I need a third saw if the other two get pinched?

To make things clear. I would never buy a cheap plastic saw to flip... NEVER... Well unless it was packaged with other pro saws and then I might accept one. I only have 2 cheap plastic saws in my shop of 150saws... One belonged to my FIL and the other I fixed for a guy who hasn't picked it up.

I keep my eyes peeled for good lesser known pro saws and pick them up cheap when I can for my daily runners. I got my Makita ea4300 for under $100 on eBay (dolmar 421) and all it needed was a brake handle bar and chain. Great condition overall, so $125 is well spent on a pro used instead of a cheap China job.

Reroofing the 125+ year old corn crib. Square nails everywhere. Having to sister some rafters and will piece in the decking and fully resheath before shingles.

Nah, mostly outdoor furniture, folding tables and goose and duck decoys-layout blinds. A buddy has some stuff in there as well; he has said he would get it for the last couple years, Thanksgiving hopefully.

125+, I am pretty sure square nails died out around 1890. Hard to say past that other than the farm was settled in 1760 and the current main house dates from 1810-1815.

I found some cedar shakes stuck up in the "attic area". Must have originally had a wooden shake roof which I sort of figured.

Shaping the combustion chamber how I want it. I prefer not to wing it, nor does the starter appreciate it. Lol. Adding material is above my pay scale.

I wondered. I also was surprises to she a mostly solid deck I was assuming spaces between boards for how they had them for shakes. But it was probably filled in back when out got its first asphalt or fiberglass shingles

Planning on installing the new water pump in the telehandler today. It decided earlier in the week that it did not want to spin any more. We've got some logs to go after so the old girl has to get fixed!
