Hey, but we can carry on without her - lessee maybe we try to guess what she meant by the first post. Perhaps she forgot a few letters, and meant "fire truck" or good old "Friar Tuck." What either of them have to do with winter I have no idea. Maybe "fried duck?" I've never had it fried ... or have I? Or we could talk about that disco inferno, burn baby, burn. Hang a disco ball from the ceiling, put on the platforms, light the woodstove, and boogie oogie oogie till we just can't boogie no more. I ran a winch cat in college when I worked at the ski hill. Kind of like mowing a large lawn, you get sick of it after a while. Being able to push snow up hill where a normal cat would spin out was a huge asset. Forcasted low 20s here the next couple nights. We will probably hit teens in the swamp.
Started the day off here in the low 50's and sunny. Since then we had two thunder storms roll thru causing 2 lightning strike house fires 2 towns over. Has been raining since 2 pm and the temp is starting to drop, and they say we will be down around 20 on both Friday and Saturday nights. The fire is going as we speak......................
