    the very first 600p's used a composite handle as well, my now sold early 600p was composite.........

    Oh I agree ! No aftermarket parts at all. Echo makes you buy there parts ! If a fella was gonna buy a 590 ....and buy the parts to make it a 600 later....forget it ! Much cheaper to buy the 600p or 620pp !

    I had a similar experience with a Dolmar 5105. No aftermarket P/C assembly. OEM is around $200.
