We have a low of 35° Fri night, 31° Sat night and 30° Sunday night. Those will be the first few nights we will run on the stat.

But the couple times we ran the Enerzone, it's been on manual until we were comfortable. Doubt it will run tonight. It's still 72° in the house.

And a selfless pic of my old Quad I found a couple days ago. Man that was a pretty stove.

What's crazy is mine said the same thing. So I expanded it so nobody could see it (why there is a description at the top of my screenshot).

Just took this one to show 999°

Ok at this point in the game is it time to leave the stove on and let the thermostat do it's job ?

This fall my citrus has gone thru several frosts - and 1 hard frost. Had a couple of weeks where my lows were low 30's with some high 28's thrown in. I have been really surprised, it hasn't lost any leaves to die-back and they are still a nice green (unlike the local trees, which have mostly turned for fall).

I usually bring it in when the lows are steadily in the 40's, so this year is a huge experiment for me. My citrus has never bloomed (in 20+ years), so I'm hoping the cold will give it the shock it needs. Will probably bring it in when we are steadily in the 20's at night, but it all depends on how it looks.

Yep. I do turn up the thermostat when I get home at night, then turn it down during the day (if it runs during day, then it is just a short burst or two).

I pulled mine 2 weeks ago and unfortunately once I closed all the windows the house held at 70 so I couldn't use the stove much but that's about to change this weekend.

Lab stove is burning out in the garage but it's 71 in the house yet so the Quad is off.
