    I use mine once in a while. I was lucky and got my mm from one of my carpenter friends.

    I use it a few times a year now just for geewiz knowledge. I use to use it more when my wood was not as seasoned to they and decide what tree/part of the stack to use next.

    My moisture meter will soon see some critical use. The new flooring I am installing in my home is required to be within 2% of the subfloor before you put it down. Until then you leave it stacked to "acclimate" to your house's interior conditions. The actual values don't matter near as much as the subfloor agreeing with the flooring.
    I am guessing this is why you can find a moisture meter in any home improvement store.

    Thats probably what happened. My bundles were in house like 2 weeks. And they still cupped on me :-(
