Truly blessed that a friend I've known since 2nd grade is clearing a house seat and said come over, we'll load up your truck and trailer... image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg
And he had friend there to load while I cut...I could get used to this...I work 99% solo so this was a gift...

Under 2 hrs, all red oak, but the old truck is done til I get the frame fixed-almost completely in two where bed meets cab...hope it can be welded back enough to make it through this season at least...time to hunt

The only thing easier would be if the wood cut and put itself in the truck.

What a great friend not only call you to get the wood but cut and load it with you. I think someone needs a case of beer at least. :)

He has 50-75 trees down, is dropping more, I can have it all, or all I can manage, more red, white and hickory-He's a good friend-I still have the pencil lead in my wrist where he "stabbed" me in 2nd grade-he's in the black shirt stepping off excavator-I'll be paying him back doing design work on his new home so all good

Actually Norky, we got in a groove at one point when I was standing in the back of the truck and he angled the boom so that it dropped stacked in the bed-if processing was always this easy I'd probably sell some too-got to get the truck fixed first though

Just the coolest thing...I'm usually all grunt labor-think I'm gonna ride this out for a while....I have trees downed on my place but all the work that goes into cutting, loading, hauling, etc make this a clear choice for the moment....I'm tickled crapless---the amount of wood I cut today would take me 6-8 hours of back tweaking work-smarter not harder right?

    A few things:
No way I'm a computer nerd... Seriously.
    Still haven't updated to 9.02
& #3- I don't know what the heck is going on up there....

As soon as the user name pops up, you can either click/ tap the box, or on iPhone/iPad you hit return, not space bar.
See how the screenshot of me typing your user name isn't case sensitive as opposed to what pops up?
Try again, hope it's not the IOS update, cos if that's the case we'll have to hail Grizzly Adam.....
