We have to visit relatives in two places this morning. Hope to get back by noon and get some things done around the house! :saw:

Trying to get the family to the kitchen table for breakfast was like trying to get some of you guys to give up some of your firewood!:picard:

If someone cooked me breakfast, I'd be there quicker than, well, I don't know what. But, I'd be there.:BrianK:

Well it was time to break the newbie in. A nice cutting little saw Pallet Pete! I took a break after this and then broke out the 680 on some bigger stumps. Then went back to the 361P and flooded it.:picard: image.jpg image.jpg

I finished the last batch of crabapple jelly. I picked up about 20 lbs from a different tree at my brothers house. These apples had a nice flavor and are a bit yellow. My last batch was pink from the first tree.

I ended up processing 10 lbs and gave up as it is so time consuming.

Nice job Jon. My wife processed some this year in a Cider press she borrowed from a friend. The cider is delicious from our wild apple tree. Just a little cinnamon added.

Oh good, I enjoy the process. My neighbor put up two bushels yesterday.

I did add cinnamon to this batch. It taste like an apple pie in a jar.

I plan on proagating two trees from two different batches of apples from the two different trees.
