Venting Experiance Needed - is wind a problem?

    You can't tell from the pic ,but the end has the 1/2 " squares, wrens can fit through that no problem.

    So that's the noise I hear when the wind is blowing hard outside.. the Vac switch...
    mu OAK[inlet] does have a wind breaker but not enough I assume?
    wondering also if I should turn ther top pipe 90 degrees away from wind but the wind can come from any direction.
