    At one time I actually considered pellets. I do find the technology interesting but needing power to run plus no cooking capability made the decision. I also like the idea that wood is everywhere and worse case I could burn greener if absolutely necessary. The Wiseway pellet "stove is very interesting and totally innovative.. Now if they could just make it look more like a woodstove which I think everyone likes the looks of...

    Now if this looked like a classic wood stove it would have a fighting chance.. Still you can't cook on it but I like the concept and it will work without power, even the optional fans! Wood is still the best alternative heating method for me..
