    Looking delightful, nothing better then great tasting fish. I had some tuna poke last night with avocado and sesame oil and seeds!

    Just be very selective where you get fish if you live away from the ocean. We are able to get both fish, fowl, or red meat from a local market that buy from local sources. Fresh makes a world of difference esp for fish.

    Looks real good. I was admiring the cooking bench you were working on. I don't usually use a crescent wrench, sockets and nuts and bolts in my kitchen.

    Back in the 70's, my first ship was on local ops pretty near the coast of one of Hawaii's islands (Oahu) when one of the Phillipinos aboard decided to "troll" off the fantail. This looks just like what he caught! Cleaned it up right there on deck and then straight to chief's quarters to cook it up!
