It made it without the hunting and searching on my part or extra phone calls from FedEx.

At least she should have warned you, now are you going to be a good kitty daddy and do litter box duty and see to it that the kitty stays indoors or is only outside when it can't get to the ground and go after tweety birds? They live a lot longer if they are not outside or in and out cats. Both kitty and tweety will love you for that. There is at least one shelter that will not allow you to adopt a cat if you will allow it outside.

Not good rodent control if they lay around in the house all day.

I didn't get KC to do rodent control around the house, there are the barn cats from next door, plus owls, plus other critters that are death on rodent kind. KC is strictly a member of the family not an employee.

We have a few fat cats. They would still take the rodent out just for the heck of it. Last one though if it stayed in the cupboard it was safe. Until my son went for his cereal. Never seen a fat cat move so fast. They don't stand a chance inside our house.

Heard one in the attic, Let miss kitty up there. 10 minutes later its bags were packed and vacancy sign was hung!

I prefer to stop them before entry.

I prefer not to have a means for them to enter at all.

Mine left me 4 little mice at the foot of my recliner last year. Haven't seen any since the house make over.

I thought I had all the access points closed off, but I must have been wrong. No mice in the house so far this year.
My cats are usually very gentle but are death on mice.
