Fired up the propane this morning for about 15 min. to take the chill out, and again tonight when I got home. Guess I need to take the A/C units out this weekend, eh??

I used the propane furnace a week or so to take the chill out of the house, but last night and this morning I fired up the Harman to warm up the house. It's currently burning now. mmmmmmm :)

No fire here yet, but will probably have to light something up in the next day or two. Not too cold yet, but very windy. House starting to drop into the 60's. We'll see how long I can hold out.

Broke down and fired my Enerzone up today with my little buddy. My daughter loves the stoves more than me. :)

It's getting down to 43° tonight and the high was about 60° today.

Was 69° inside when I got home.

When it hit 67° we fired it up!!

Mainly because my daughters door was closed almost all day and it was pretty chilly.

It ran till it was about 74°, then it was shut down for the night. We made pork chops in the oven, so it's pretty warm now.

I hope this isn't the beginning of an early season. :(

Yes, that last pic is ash up to the bottom of the pot. If you look at how tall the stove is, and take the ash pan into account? The ash is about 14" deep. I haven't cleaned it since around Feb? Or Jan?? Not sure. The ash pan is only 5" deep. The other 9" is just space between the pan area and pot area.

I could prob burn 2- ton without pulling the pan before it effects the pot.

    I love this stove. :D

Pete... I have talked about it for 2 years. I may come after your record this year. The glass is what made me break it this past season. Christmas/New Years came and the wife wanted clean glass. :(

    This stove is a beast.

Haven't fired mine yet. Temp outside hasn't been over 59 degrees but the house is still holding 70-72.

That's what will stop it. Happens everytime.. :(

Stove is off here. But glass is not see through. I cleaned the glass twice this past season. :) That's the way I like it. Low maintenance ;) lol

I broke down and turned on the oil furnace for a few minutes. Figured I should make sure it worked.

Probably going to toss a few logs in the wood eater this weekend. I'm saving the pellets for temps in the 30s or below.

Awesome. Great to see that your daughter loves the stoves so much. Some of my best memories with dad are cutting wood and having fires in the stove in the living room. When I visit in the winter I still love crashing on the couch and having a nap lol.

We've been running when the temps. are 50 or lower from 6pm - 12am to take the chill off, I keep asking the boss: pellets or oil furnace, she keeps choosing pellets. That's cool with me. ;)
