This stuff coming in tonight Well Seasoned , I see reports of .50 to 1.32 inches of rain, the second system looks like we'll get some rain but with the system being so far off, I'm not sure.

It's just about October. Enough of this humidity already. We can use the rain over this way, though.

I took the a/c's out of the windows. I am regretting it now, but with those cool nights recently, they had to come out.

A very wet conveyor belt of moisture will continue to stream onto the eastern seaboard, and specifically the Northeast, over the next few days. Upwards of 4-5 inches of rain will be possible for Northern New England potentially before Tropical Storm Joaquin arrives. For complete coverage on this flooding event, please watch an a special expanded WUTV on The Weather Channel at 6 - 9 pm ET, 3 - 6 pm PT.

    From Weather Underground.

I'm on the Jersey shore. We always get slammed with this stuff. Just closed up the pool for the season, checked the gutters, top covered some wood that I'm gonna use this year and am now finally having a glass of wine while the gf makes homemade fresh ravioli.

Harrisburg is right in the line of fire for this storm as well. Could get tricky this weekend.

Should get interesting especially in the northeast. Thanks for the maps Woody! Yep, I heard on the news, the jersey coast will have some erosion and flooding problems.

WoW, He makes sense. He uses the projections as tools, and not predictions. Low wind sheer, warm water, between a high and a low, looks similar to Sandy. Sandy hit us as a cat 1, only a few mph from a cat 2. Gotta keep a very close eye on this. Cape Hattaras to the Jersey coast, watch out! Thanks for that link thewoodlands

We are due for rain big time. It's been a dry summer/beginning of fall. Today it rained on and off, but no where near enough. Tomorrow they are calling for costal flooding and up to 2" of rain. Followed by another 2-3" this weekend.
