Decided to take down a norway spruce on the corner of my house. I used the lift to take all the limbs off that were in danger of hitting the lines on the way down. Then just for a little extra assurance we roped it to my truck. It dropped just about where i wanted it.

Edit; don't know why my pictures aren't uploading .. yea definitely not able to upload pics here. Anything wrong with the site? I tried clearing my cache already but no luck

No bonfire :tears:. Still dryer than a popcorn fart here. Calling for rain later today hopefully. I'll chip most of the limbs and burn the small stuff once we're out of these conditions.

Well Seasoned that lift is great but yesterday it was blowin 20+ so it was a little hairy up towards the top. It's got a hydro pump issue that affects the drive motors so moving it takes FOREVER. Took me about an hr to drive it about 150yds lol. My original plan was to top it but with the gusts it was too unpredictable so i decided to bring the whole thing down. At least I'd be on the ground if something went wrong

Well that looks a little "piney-er" than all of that oak you've been getting! ;)

Nice job! It looks like it was a tight squeeze between all those lines and the house. o_O

Yea it was a little tight. Technically your supposed to keep the basket 10ft away from any power lines
