I have had a horrible run of bronchitis this week and yesturday I finally was able to get out and do some tree work. I got a good amount finished before it got to me and I had to lay down again. Got way up that tree and let er rip. We where clearing the trees from over my neighbors yard and my garage. It was an interesting adventure to say the least. Our goal is to get that big bugger all the way down to the ground no tree left.... Tree felling by the garage:

It was in the 60s and breezy couldn't ask for a better day to climb! I did cheat and use a ladder to get to the crotch of the tree and went up from there without the ladder..
I want one of those anti gravity rigs you got there Pete (looky that branch fall nice n slow) for icy walkways and ladderwork... Good job on the cuttin'...
Only had bronchitis once in my life and wouldn't wish it on anybody. Nice slow-mo take down. I'd like to know too, is the anti gravity contraption your own design? Prolly made it with pallets, eh? ETA: I type too slow.....
Man id be rich if I could do that!!! Bronchitis blows I get it every couple of years normally but this year makes two in a row!
Slow but sure!! I keep taking a break but its getting there. Taking back the neighborhood one yard at a time...
