Well it looks like I might get a chance to verify the upper levels heating zones still work without getting driven out of the house, the boss cleaned the radiators today. Temperature is headed down.

Been burning the basement stove (P61a) at night for a week. I got a wallboard for next to the P43 (main floor stove) yesterday and let it go all last night so the P61a has been set for a lower temp to keep the basement about 65 instead of the 73 I had it to keep the main floor at 67-68.

I committed sacrilege and gave one of the upper floor heat zones a run this morning (So much for Gorebull warming or is it climate weirding?), it got to 30.1 here this morning. Won't know about what is left of the garden until later, I hope the pole beans are going to be fine. Today it is remove AC unit, get chicken feed.

Think I'm gonna clean the stove and do a test fire. There will also be some of Will's prescription!

A/C put away, chicken feed put away, pipe plugs removed and vent term cap installed. Might clean the dust out of the convection blower and give the stove a test run this evening. Today the boss is going to cook a roasting chicken and the fixings for dinner. Might test out another heat zone tomorrow morning, just waiting for watches and warnings to be posted. I'll spend the afternoon watching the tube and enjoying an Imperial Stout.

Stove and vent are clean. Did to good of a job, Didn't get but a poof of soot with the LB.

Still need to pull the blowers and do them up good. But stopped for a brew break and don't feel like it now!! It will also hold off the test burn for another day!! Time for a !!
