...time to get the ol' stove pumpin'. The #$@%!!!!! furnace is coming on. the 45 degrees is outside temperature, 68 inside. I know, I'm a "wuss".
I guess we will all have to light up at some point, but not here yet. Woke up to 61 deg here this morning
Ya, I'm a meat-cutter (been doing it for 41 years) and work in a cooler all day long, I ain't gonna be cold at home.
Colin, if i worked in cool temps. for 41 years i too would not want to be cold at home too. don't blame you one bit.
According to Accuweather forecast, we should need evening/overnight fire starting on Tuesday. Last year, we started having regular fires in the middle of Sept. I think we've had 3 so far....maybe 4. Small ones.
Can't say as I've ever heard of that brand of furnace. Oh, waitaminit- that's the kind we have too. LOL. Good lookin' F3CB stove, Colin.
Don't blame you at all for lighting up. If I'm cool in the house, I too will start a fire. I want to be comfortable in my home.
I built the first of the fall on Friday. I got wet cruising timber and was cold to the bone. I fixed that problem. I'm fixin' on lighting up another one in a few minutes. God Bless
Had a light frost this morning. I have to admit that I turned the oil on the other night, shhhh. Not cold enough to fire up the boiler yet.
