Same here in central md. Bring da snow n cold. Don't mind. I know that's pretty much a nutty thing to say.
As nutty as we may seem, it's a great feeling knowing we do our best to keep our families warm in the winter. I relish the work involved because seeing my family all cozy 'round the fire on those cold, single digit nights is very rewarding!! Plus, I LOVE TO PLAY IN THE SNOW!!!
So it's going to be mild, per the caterpillars laying in the stacks moved into the shed. Every one of 'em I saw had broad brown middle:
Scotty, you can have any and all the snow that is intended for this area. I promise I won't miss it a bit. Based on what we got last year, that should be higher than your........ Well, you get the picture.
No, no, no! Those particular caterpillars know that if they stay on the wood, they will eventually end up in the house, before they get to the stove to jump off, because it's gonna be a brutally cold and snowy winter.
I still am traumatized from that event. Anxiety at the first sight of snow!!!!!! Sends me right into the pantry to count my supplies. The ice and the cold was just too much for too long.
