    He told me the set up he dug up has been illegal for atleast 40 years, and that he was not sure what if anything is was doing anymore.... New cement tank is due tomorrow.

    Still not sure what the leech line is made out of, its about 40' ? Two new 60' lines going in. Yep, permit pulled and all up to code and legal :)

    only my own thoughts, but I wonder if the sludge was not piped out because the tank was so shallow. The septic kids hear the hose lose suction and think they were done except there were 200 more gallons of the thick black stuff still sitting on the other side?

    Also, the tank had rusted out on a couple places on the bottom.......

    Does that mean you now have crap flowing out of those rusted out holes in the bottom while the tank sits in the yard? Or did your guys haul it away already?

    Its waiting to be burried on the other side of the lot. DH said its laid on its side so crap is still in tank. Not being hauled away......
