Excellent! Some new ones to add to our collection.

I had thought about making a pathway like that last picture and still may. Does anyone have ideas on what to use on the wood so it won't rot?

Pretty cool looking but I am sorry if it is firewood then it is going to get burned.

I have seen the Michael McGillis work in Shafer, Mn. He has more log work done in Michigan. Check out his website.

You can use used motor oil to soak the round up until the top of the dirt layer Insect repellent at least, use it on cedar fence posts all the time, not sure how well it will work though.

Don't have any around these parts as far as I know.

I'd thought about cedar if we can get some. Probably will end up using sassafras and yes, motor oil will help.
