    Upper 40's overnight. But the cottage is still all week long and usually needs a little warm-up if I expect to have "anyone" stay with me!
    This past week, the loud drunk neighbors (Yes, I will tell you how I really feel!) left for their other home....finally! Now the neighbors on the other side will be leaving (this week) until next spring and they are the ones that we really hate to see leave...very nice people.
    Last week, we had two nights in the 30's!

    We dropped down to 39.5 this morning, with the two Hemlock fires last night, the house was 72.

    We did have our first fire while having coffee this morning.

    I think we'll have a few fires tonight, it's been a long week cleaning out the business so a nice fire should do the trick.

    St Vincent De Paul Society Thrift Store in Massena receive some nice clothing for some young kids that will need it, it should help keep them warmer this fall/winter.
