Dang these mobile devices are small enough as it is and on Tapatalk I only get half of the screen viewing the thread

My TT app is the whole thing?

 

I'll play with a little more later but for now I can say I don't like it, notifications are all popping up at the top of my device not in the app

 

How do you turn the damm thing off do you have to log out or something

You dont turn it off! That the bueaty. You get those notifications at the top to go to the app to see what was said. You have to and can turn on or off the notifications you want.

Like maybe you dont want to know every time someone likes one of your posts. Maybe you only want them for PMs?

 

I don't like that stuff popping up at the top at all, don't like the beeping.
I do want to no replies and likes but only when I'm on the forum

 

No big deal if you like it, you like it, I uninstalled it for now

 

But the point to the app is so that you dont have to be on the forum all the time. It let's you know..

TT seems to be slower loading the posts than it use to be.

Back in the day we had to pay like $2 for the complete app to get all the functions. There was like 4 versions of it. That all went away and were replaced by one.Those of us that paid back then got screwed I guess?

 

And thats the beauty of them going with TT. Those that like it can use it those that dont can use whatever they like.

The same with that old android app. I hated it and thought it was terrible. Some liked it. Good I never said they dont need to use it. I said my peace and dumped the app. I did like others said basically why reinvent the wheel there apps out there. I am glad to see it.

Like I said I have to relearn it. I use to use the heck out of it when I was more on the Hearth and used it for AS almost exclusively but had went spent much time there in a year or so as my free rime has dwindled.

 

Are the "sub forums " load I g for anyone else on TT? I can access everything else from the site it appears but the sub forums do not load in a reasonable time...at least 30 seconds that I allowed.

That's one thing I noticed some things are slow, and my internet and my tablet are fast

 

It use to not be that way. Not sure why it is now? Like I said I havent used it much in at least a year or more.

And its easier to open them...at least for me.

And I when I went to edit these last two sentences and when I click to edit its way faster than doing it on chrome!!

 

I guess you might have to take the good with the bad I don't know

 

I can deal with that extra second delay. My notifications are beating the site email notifications by a few seconds to more than that.

 

I don't even use email notifications anymore and I don't get email on my mobile devices, too much crap to clog up my mobile device.
Maybe that's why your mobile device is eating the batteries up cuz you got too much crap running

 

No crap changed though
I had all that crap for a year then one day it just went crazy and started eatting the battery??? Nothing changed no new apps really. I cycled through a few but all were deleted. It actually started about the time I downloaded the FHC app!!!!

 

I didnt answer this last notification for almost a minute. And the email notification just came through like 20 seconds ago. Beat it by almost 3 minutes. Thatmakes a difference when having a real time convo with someone.

Look at this I have already posted more with this app in the last hour than I probably have in two days! Haha

Yea. It lasted all of like 15 mins and I took it off.

No one else had an issue so I just assume it was just coincidence?
