Been putting off setting up trail cams anyway so no trip to the farm without bringing back a load of wood. Mostly locust with a little bit of white oak, trees I felled in March
Been a good one prell 73 and the motor is just as strong as it was new in 96-frame almost gone though-still serves my purposes for now...
Imagine the jealousy of all the Ash trees out there, Ashwatcher?!!! Locust and oak.... Go ahead and turn south on 77 w/ that to my house! I'll pay for your gas and a steak dinner, too Nice work, man- superior btu's!
Hey buddy, I have more to cut so you just turn her up 77, and I'll cook the steaks on the grill? I've never cut locust, I had the 018 razor edged and cut that without issue though she was starting to dull---burns about as hot as hickory right?
OK guys, look at the first pic with the Polar trailer and notice that hole in the round on the right-then look at this---I swear I thought it was metal but my saw did not dull-it kind of loose fitting in the round and I think I may be able to pull it out with pliers---will try when I unload the truck-I've never seen anything like this
Eric VW notice the widowmaker hung in the maple in the 3rd pic? More locust and another on the ground by the white oak-I layed 3 down pretty well side by side-the other, eh-not so much, but nothing the tow strap and atv wont get right...
Getting ready to start day, trying to eliminate one handling step-going straight from truck to splitter-Savvy the log dog approves
